These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Imotko web & mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

1. Use of the App

Here are some guidelines for using the Imotko App:

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• Account Security: You are responsible for creating a secure account and maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• Sole Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the App to:

  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the App.

2. User Content

However, by submitting User Content, you grant Imotko a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the license set forth above.

3. Third-Party Content

The App may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties ("Third-Party Content"). Imotko is not responsible for the content or practices of any Third-Party Content. Your use of Third-Party Content is at your own risk.

4. Disclaimers

We make no guarantees about the App. Here are some disclaimers to keep in mind:

• **"AS IS" Provision:** THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IMOTKO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• No Warranty for Errors: IMOTKO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

5. Limitation of Liability

Imotko will not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, even if Imotko has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imotko, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

7. Termination

Imotko may terminate your access to the App for any reason, at any time, without notice.
