The house was completely reconstructed in 2008, including a new roof structure, floor slabs, partition wall on the first floor, external facade wall on the second floor, chimneys, new electrical and plumbing installations, and the old windows were replaced with new authentic-style windows. The facade was entirely reconstructed in authentic style.

The interior of the house was fully restored in authentic style, while the second floor is in a rough construction phase. There is the possibility for further development and arrangement based on the buyer’s preferences.

The reconstruction and restoration were carried out according to a project and under the supervision of professionals and the skilled hands of the famous Vevchani craftsmen.
